FANCY SEEING YOU HERE

I’m Aubrey,

And when I’m not helping people unlock their body’s cheat codes, you’ll find me drinking coffee with cream, baking in the sun or skinning dipping in the ocean.

But I wasn’t always helping people ditch one-size-fits-all health advice.

In fact, I worked in a profession that gave it: I was a nurse in our under-staffed, under-funded and under-resourced healthcare system and I constantly felt like I was a square peg, trying to fit myself into a round hole.

I wanted more for people than one-size-fits-all advice, quick fixes and life-long medication regimes but that was all that was on offer.

So I did what any sane person would do, and quit.

With no back up plan and no, erm…plan.

Under pressure, I dove back into my nutrigenomics study from years earlier, signed myself up for a business mastermind and opened my virtual doors for business.

And since then, I’ve been lucky enough to support hundreds of women unlock their body’s potential and stop wasting time with health solutions that don’t work.

Because like me, you know one-size-fits-all doesn’t work.

But navigating your health journey without the right knowledge and tools is scary if you don’t have a clear, science-backed strategy to guide you.

And that’s where I come in.

I’ll meet you where you are in your wellness journey, help you cut through the noise, and give you the clarity (and the occasional reality check) you need to feel like a badass every time you look in the mirror.

Raising both hands? I thought so.

“Aubrey is an amazing, caring and passionate person who cares deeply for your health and wellbeing…”

Her scientific, evidence-based and holistic approach is transformational and my health, energy and fitness levels have improved exponentially. I’ve experienced sustained weight loss, and can better manage my stress levels. Working with Aubrey has been the best investment I have made!
